A ministry for the AI era

Help your congregation through the AI transformation, with faith and facts, not fear.

AI is changing the work, families and futures of the people in your pews. cAlliances helps your church leaders understand what's happening to your people and discern how to respond.

  • Church leaders don't have to become technology experts.
  • Members who understand AI don't have to become spiritual leaders.
  • And AI doesn't replace either one.

Your people are already asking.

Will my job change? What should my kids study? How do I protect my parents from AI scams? Where is God in all this? Members are carrying these questions into worship every week, often quietly. Most churches want to help, but no one on staff has time to keep up with a technology that changes every month. cAlliances gives your church a simple, steady way to listen, learn and respond.

Three elements. One simple system.

Element 1 - A discernment team

A standing team of 5-12, led by a church leader with your pastor's blessing, meeting once a month to listen, learn and help leadership discern how to respond.

Element 2 - Congregation voices

Members answer one short question at a time, with their name, privately or anonymously. The team reports back what it heard.

Element 3 - AI that does the heavy lifting

Before each meeting, one short brief: what's changing in AI, what other churches are trying, and what your people said. The team makes every decision.

Your church decides how to respond: a sermon series, a support group, a workshop, care for individuals, or simply waiting and watching. We don't prescribe programs. We help you see clearly.

What it takes

  • One 90-minute meeting a month; about 2-3 hours a month per member.
  • Month 1: form the team. Month 2: start listening. Month 3: report back and decide.
Privacy

Your congregation's trust comes first.

  • Answers go only to your church's Alliance; named answers are seen only by its leader.
  • Members can answer anonymously, or keep their answer out of AI entirely.
  • AI doesn't train on anything anyone writes.

The same approach works with other groups in your life.
